Please read carefully the following terms and conditions

  • Inclusions: Please see the itinerary of the tour for specific inclusions. Umbrellas, mosquito repellent, snacks, water or any beverages are not included during the tour.

Please also note Raro Safari Tours reserves the right to cancel your booking in the instant to which your safety or the safety of others is at risk, such as bad weather conditions and vehicle maintenance.

  • Payment options: CASH only is acceptable when paying ONSITE. Online banking transfers is available for all online booking. Please be informed of our company policy on online banking payments. For all online bookings we kindly request that payments be made in advance in order to secure your booking. Please note that bank fees may apply

  • Cancellation Policy: Please be advised of our cancellation policy. For any booking cancelled within 24hours of your BOOKING TOUR DATE will incur a 100% cancellation fee. In the instance of an emergency, we kindly request that you provide us with a 96hours minimum notice, failing to do so will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Online Booking Cancellation Policy: For all online booking cancellation made after the grace period provided with your booking, will incur a 100% cancellation fee. In this instant you could either reschedule (pending on availability), request to have it transferred to someone else or have your account credited, which will be valid for 1 year.

  • Travel insurance: We do not provide travel insurance (which covers your missing part or all of the tour for health reasons, airplane delays, lost bags, etc.) but do highly recommend it in case of unforeseen circumstances.

  • Liability: Our highest commitment to you as a customer of Raro Safari Tours, is to provide a safe and enjoyable tour. Our Tour guides are trained to ensure the safety of our customers by executing reasonable skills and care throughout the duration of your tour. In saying that Raro Safari Tours will not be responsible for any damage equipment's/goods, injury, illness, death, losses (including loss of possessions and loss of enjoyment), the inconvenience caused by delays or cancelled tours, changes of schedule, weather or other conditions beyond our control.

  • Tipping: How much you tip is a personal matter and completely up to you.

  • Photographs / Video Our Guide(s) or representative from Raro Safari Tours will sometimes photograph throughout the tour. These photos may be posted on one or all of our social media sites. If you would prefer not to participate in a picture taken by the guide, please let the guide know ahead of time and you will be accommodated.

  • Medical / Diet This tour does not require much physical movement, If you have any medical conditions (back problems) that would not allow for this please let us know immediately. We will need two assess if this is the right tour for you.

  • Privacy: Raro Safari Tours uses only voluntarily information that is provided to us. Any information provided is for internal use only.
