RARO SAFARI TOURS - BOOKING POLICY & DISCLAIMER

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By completing your booking, you acknowledge and accept these conditions. 

BOOKING & PAYMENT
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. A booking is not confirmed until the required deposit has been successfully received. 

The remaining balance may be paid online by card or, where selected, by cash on the day of the tour. Online card payments are subject to a 5% processing fee. 

CANCELLATION POLICY
The 50% booking deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour, including no-shows, are liable for the full booking amount. 

If Raro Safari Tours cancels a tour due to unsafe weather conditions, vehicle issues or other unforeseen operational circumstances, guests will be offered the option to reschedule to another available date or receive a credit for a future tour. If neither option is suitable, a full refund of the amount paid will be provided.  

TOUR AND SAFETY INFORMATION                         
Our safari tours travel through off-road and uneven terrain and may involve bumpy conditions. Guests participate with the understanding that this is part of the nature of the safari experience. 

Guests must follow all reasonable safety instructions provided by our tour guides. Raro Safari Tours reserves the right to refuse or discontinue participation where the safety of a guest, staff member or other participant may be at risk. 

Parents and guardians are responsible for the supervision and safety of infants and children travelling with them. Guests who are elderly, pregnant, have mobility limitations, or have medical conditions that may be affected by uneven or off-road travel should consider whether the tour is suitable for them before booking. 

TOUR INCLUSIONS
Please refer to your selected tour itinerary for the inclusions specific to your booking. Unless specifically stated as included, personal items and additional food or beverages are at the guest's own expense. 

DELAYS & CHANGES
Tour times, routes and stops may occasionally change due to weather, road conditions, operational requirements or circumstances outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide the advertised experiences. 

PHOTOS & VIDEOS
Photos or videos may occasionally be taken during tours for promotional purposes. Please advise your tour guide if you do not wish to appear in photographs or videos. 

PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the tour. Raro Safari Tours is not responsible for personal items that are lost, damaged or left behind, except where required by law. 

TRAVEL INSURANCE
We recommend that guests have appropriate travel insurance covering cancellations, travel disruptions and medical emergencies. 

PRIVACY
Personal information collected during the booking process is used for the administration of your booking and handled in accordance with applicable privacy requirements. 

DISCLAIMER
Participation in our tours is subject to these booking conditions. Raro Safari Tours will take reasonable care to provide a safe and enjoyable experience; however, tour activities may be affected by weather, road conditions and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
