  • Inclusions: Please see the itinerary of the tour for specific inclusions. Umbrellas, mosquito repellent, food, snacks, water or any beverages are not included on this tour.

Please also note Raro Safari Tours reserves the right to cancel your booking in the instant to which your safety or the safety of others is at risk, such as bad weather conditions and vehicle maintenance. 

  • Payment options:  We offer various payment methods for your convenience. These include credit/debit card payments, PayPal, direct banking, and cash. Our recommend & preferred method is cash payment, as it ensures the most efficient and immediate transaction. Please be informed that all online payment methods are secure, and we take necessary precautions to protect your financial information. Please note fees apply to all online payments.
  • Cancellation Policy: In the event you need to cancel you tour, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after 7 days of when a booking was created will incur a 50% cancellation fee. For any bookings cancelled within 24 hours of your booking tour date will incur 100% cancellation fee. In this instant you could either reschedule (pending on availability),  request to have it transferred to someone else or have your account credited, which will be valid for 1 year. 
  • Travel insurance: We strongly recommend that all participants have appropriate travel insurance in place before embarking on our tours. Travel insurance can provide coverage in case of unforeseen circumstances, trip disruptions, or medical emergencies.
  • Liability: Our highest commitment to you as a customer of Raro Safari Tours, is to provide a safe and enjoyable tour. Our Tour guides are trained to ensure the safety of our customers by executing reasonable skills and care throughout the duration of your tour. While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, participating in our tours involves inherent risks. By booking a tour with us, you acknowledge and accept these risks. We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, illness, death (including loss of enjoyment), or expenses incurred during the tour. Not forgetting to add the inconvenience caused by delays or cancelled tours, changes of schedule, weather or other conditions beyond our control. 
  • Tipping: Gratuities for our tour guides and staff are at your discretion and greatly appreciated. If you feel that our serice has exceeded your expectations, feel free to show your appreciation by leaving a tip.
  • Photographs / Video: During the tour, we or other guest may capture photographs and videos of the experience. By participating in our tours, you grant us permission to use these images for promotional and marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be featured, please inform your tour guide.
  • Medical Considerations: If you have specific medical or disability requirements, please inform us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but we cannot guarantee that all requests can be met. Please carry any necessary medications with you.
  • Privacy: We respect your privacy and adhere to all relevant data protection regulations. Your personal information is collected and used solely for the purpose of your tour booking and will not be shared with third parties.
  • Infants & Elderly Guests: We are delighted to welcome guests of all ages to our safari tours. However, we want to ensure that you and your loved ones have a safe and enjoyable experience. Please take into consideration the following:
  1. Elderly Guests: Our Safari tours involve off-road terrain and may include bumpy rides due to the nature of the environment. Please be aware that our vehicles do not have seatbelts. Instead, we encourage passengers to hold on to one another as part of the unique RARO way experience. If you have any health concerns or conditions that might be aggravated by such conditions, we advise you to consult with your healthcare professional before participating in the tour.
  2. Infants/Toddlers: We understand the importance of ensuring the safety and comfort of our youngest guests. Please note that our vehicles do not have seatbelts. Instead, we recommend that you hold onto your infant or toddlers to ensure their safety and comfort during the tour. Our tour guides are trained to prioritize the well-being of all passengers.
